Rule 1
Abbreviation and Commencement
(a) These rules may be called the “Defence Financial (Procedure) Rules, 2022”.
(b) These rules shall be applicable to the places or subjects of the Nepalese Army specified in the notification published in the Nepal Gazette from time to time by the Government of Nepal.
